Laws and Restrictions: It is the customer’s responsibility to know and understand the laws and restrictions regarding firearms in his or her jurisdiction. Bullet Central will never knowingly ship or transfer a product to a person in any jurisdiction where it is not legal to possess the product. Bullet Central shall have no liability in an instance where a customer intentionally or unintentionally violates a local, state, or federal law.

Firearm Components and Parts: All firearm components sold by Bullet Central are intended for the use of qualified gunsmiths. Buyers are responsible for finding a qualified professional to assist in installing the component. Bullet Central is not responsible for improper use or installation of products sold. We cannot be responsible for any damages, loss, or physical harm arising from misuse, improper installation, careless handling, unauthorized modifications, neglect, corrosion or other influences beyond our control.

Firearm Accessories and Cleaning: Buyers are responsible for proper usage of the firearm accessories and cleaning products purchased. It is advised that buyers refer to the manufacturers instructions before using any newly purchased product. Bullet Central cannot be responsible for any damages, loss, or physical harm resulting from the misuse, careless handling or unauthorized modification of such products.

By choosing to purchase a product from Bullet Central, buyers are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

Return Policy

At Bullet Central, we stand by the quality of our products, and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, you are welcome to return it to us, with a few exceptions.

We will not allow returns for the following items

  • Bullets
  • Jackets
  • Ammunition
  • items that are used, altered or not in the original packaging

In the event that a product is damaged or does not function properly, customers should contact us and provide proof of the defect. We will provide free return shipping and offer to send a replacement item or refund the full purchase price.

If a customer would like to return a product for reasons not related to damage or defect, they have a few options:

We will inspect every return, and reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges at any time.

Products on Backorder

Sometimes we sell our products so quick it’s hard to keep up with inventory, in these cases we allow products to be eligible for backorders.  Backordered means we currently do not have the item in stock, but plan to in the near future.  If you would like to purchase an item on backorder, purchase it like you would any other product and we will ship it to you when it arrives.  Before we ship it we will give you a call to confirm you still want the product.

  • You will not be charged for an item on backorder until the item ships
  • You will only be charged shipping once, when you place the original order.  If you placed an order that contained items that were not on backorder, you will be charged for shipping on those items, but not on the backordered item.  If you placed an order that only contains items on backorder, you will be charged shipping for those items.
  • If you placed an order and did not realize it was on backorder and no longer wish to purchase the item, don’t worry we haven’t charged your card yet.  Just give us a call at +1 701 371 4444 and we will cancel the order.
  • If you would like to know when we will be getting another shipment in of an item that is backordered just give us a call (+1 701 371 4444), we’d be happy to help you out.


If an item is not on backorder, it can be waitlisted.  This means you will be notified when an out-of-stock item comes back in stock. In order to receive notifications for a specific product please follow these instructions:

  1. When an item says it is out of stock, there will be a button on the product page that says “Notify Me”.
  2. Click the “Notify Me” Button
  3. Enter your email address
  4. When the product goes back in stock you will be notified via email

Please Note: Entering your email address does not reserve this item for you.  When you receive the notification it is your responsibility to purchase the product.  If the product goes out of stock before you are able to make a purchase you can sign up for the waitlist again.

Product Limitations

Purchase limits on our products are rare, but sometimes they are necessary.  If you are only able to purchase a limited amount of a specific product, it is for a reason.  For example, we limit a few of our Berger Bullets to 500 bullets per customer, this is to ensure fairness for everyone.  A few of the Berger Bullets products are so popular that one or two people would happily purchase our entire stock, and that wouldn’t be fair to the rest of our customers who want these bullets.  So we limit the amount you can buy to ensure that more of our customers can purchase them.

If you try to make duplicate orders, we reserve the right to cancel any orders after your first.

For these same reasons we will not be able to take phone orders on the day these limited products go back in stock, this is to ensure our inventory remains accurate and we do not over sell product.  Please place your orders through our website.

For notifications on when an out of stock product will come back in stock please select the “notify me” button on the product page and enter your email address.  You will be notified when that specific product comes back in stock via email.

How to place an international order:

    1. Add products to the cart. Please Note
        • The prices reflected on our website may not reflect the final price for international orders.
        • As with all customers, if you want to order a rifle action please call +1 701 371 4444 after visiting our actions page.
        • Most of our items require permits to be shipped to your location. If you have a permit, feel free to call +1 701 371 4444 to place your order.
    2. When filling out your billing details, be sure to review your information for complete accuracy, specifically the country you are shipping to and the best phone number and email address you can be reached at.
    3. If your item requires a permit, a notification will show up and you will not be able to place your order. If a permit is not required, please enter your credit card information and be sure to check “Securely Save to Account”. This is to ensure that we will have your credit card number in the case that shipping your order may cost more than what was quoted.

You should receive a confirmation e-mail. Keep this e-mail for your record as it contains your order # and you may need it.

Wait for us to call or email you. You should receive a phone call from us within the next 24 hours(Monday-Friday) 8:00 – 17:00 CST.  If you do not receive a quote from us within this timeframe, please give us a call at +1 701 371 4444 or send us an e-mail at shipping@bulletcentral.com.

We also share your Personal & Order Information with ShipStation & QuickBooks, these are both softwares we use to process and ship your order to you using your Personal Information.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.


Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
