Which Nightforce Reticle is right for you?

The reticle on a scope is a series of fine lines or fibers in the eyepiece, it is used to measure distance and aid in locating objects.  Depending on the reticle, it can be easy or difficult to find your target. The type of reticle you use in a specific situation can mean hitting your target directly on, or missing entirely.  NightForce Optics have a variety of reticles available for their scopes.
Nightforce also has this reticle calculator that can help you find the right reticle based on your bullet’s ballistic coefficient and it’s weight, your muzzle velocity, as well as atmospheric conditions.

This article can help you determine which Nightforce reticle is best for you.

All Nightforce reticles are etched onto multi-coated compound glass, ensuring alignment and eliminating breakage.  They are illuminated to create contrast with your target, regardless of the ambient light level.  This type of reticle is much stronger then outdated wire reticles that break, or become distorted under extreme recoil or impact.  Once you choose your reticle, NightForce can exchange it for another for a nominal fee if you desire.

Below each reticle you will see the scopes available at Bullet Central with that reticle, if you see a scope you like remember that all scopes ordered at BulletCentral.com ship for FREE and are INSURED using FedEx Ground.

MOAR - 30MOA | Nightforce Reticle

The MOAR Nightforce reticle is a great choice for minute of angle (MOA) shooters. This reticle has a floating center crosshair, two MOA wide, and two MOA tall, this provides the shooter with a precise aiming point.  The MOAR has thicker lines then the other traditional reticles, this makes it easier to see across the background or target.  Lines are marked at 10 MOA intervals for elevation and windage.  Posts at 3,6, and 9 o’clock draw the eye to the center, enabling faster acquisition of the target.  This reticle is ideal for almost any shooting application and is available in first and second focal plane Nightforce riflescopes.

Products available with the MOAR reticle:

MOAR-T | Nightforce Reticle

This is a more fine version of the MOAR Nightforce reticle, it allows more precision at extreme ranges.  The MOAR-T reticle has finer lines.  Only the center of this reticle is illuminated
