The BumbleBee action body is precision-machined from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum billet, paired with a 4140 hardened Chromoly steel insert to deliver unmatched structural integrity. The newest BumbleBee design features a 75-degree bolt throw, which reduces bolt lift while preserving smooth, strong cycling. The bolt itself is spiral fluted with a flat face and modular construction, and is coated with Black Nitride for a smooth, low-friction operation and long-term reliability. The redesigned handle and hollow tactical knob, introduced in serial number BB0200 and above (starting June 2024), help reduce overall weight while maintaining functionality.
