RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand by the quality of our products, and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, you are welcome to return the product to us within 30 days from date of purchase. In the event that a product is damaged or does not function properly, customers should contact us and provide proof of the defect. We will provide free return shipping and offer to send a replacement item or refund the full purchase price.

 

Please note for items outside the 30 day window we can offer an exchange or store credit only.

 

Any type of warranty issue will be handled on a case by case basis. Some returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

We will not allow returns for the following items:

  • Brass
  • Bullets
  • Jackets
  • Ammunition
  • Gunpowder
  • Items that are used, altered or not in the original packaging

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

ORDERS PLACED ONLINE

Requesting a return for an online order has never been easier! Simply sign in to your Bullet Central customer account and go to "Your Orders"  page.

 

If an order has shipped, you will see the prompt "Return Items?"  just below the order's shipped status. Click this link to get a return started.

ORDERS PLACED OVER THE PHONE

  • Call +1 (701) 371 - 4444 and ask for our support department.
  • Explain the situation and say that you would like to return the product.
  • Mail the product to Bullet Central Returns Department, 1102 Page Drive S, Fargo, ND 58103. Clearly mark the box with your original Order Number.
  • Please make sure you keep your tracking information. We do not take responsibility for any items lost in the mail on their way back to us.
  • We will inspect every return, and make a determination on whether the product is eligible for a warranty exchange, repair or refund.
