What Makes BC Custom Different
BC Custom exists because we got tired of waiting on the parts we wanted. We run a precision shooting shop, we compete, and we reload, so when a part didn't exist, or the lead time was six months, we built it ourselves. That's where the brand started and that's still how it works. If a component earns a spot in our catalog, one of our team members built it, shot it, and signed off on it. The Airgun upgrades came out of what competitive airgun shooters actually asked for at the counter. The reloading accessories are the pieces we use on our own bench every day.
Product Lines at a Glance
Airgun Performance Upgrades. The deepest section of the catalog. Built for shooters who want more power, better shot-to-shot consistency, and a cleaner feel. Includes the Hyperbloc100 Valve Housing Upgrade, Carbon Fiber Shroud and Tensioner Kits (500, 600, 700, 800 mm), A.I.R. Magazines in .177, .22, .30, and .35, Tungsten Hammers in 223 gr, 254 gr, and 409 gr, the Short Throw Lever Assembly, Precision Probes, Bull Barrel Weights, the LCS Barrel Sleeve, Flat and Pinpoint Trigger Shoes, and full Maverick and Premium Airgun upgrade packages.
Reloading and Bench Accessories. The pieces we use on our own bench. Acrylic Powder Drop Tubes, a Billet Aluminum Powder Funnel, Aluminum Primer Trays, and the Coaxial Rest Fine Adjuster for Forster co-ax press owners.

Which BC Custom Product Is Right for You?
Airgun shooter. The Hyperbloc100 Valve Housing Upgrade and Tungsten Hammers are the two upgrades that change the most on the target. Add a Carbon Fiber Shroud and Tensioner Kit if you shoot heavy slugs at distance, match the kit length to your barrel (500, 600, 700, or 800 mm), and verify the caliber. Precision Probes, A.I.R. Magazines, and the Short Throw Lever are quality-of-life upgrades you'll notice every string.
Reloader chasing smaller groups. The Acrylic Powder Drop Tubes and Billet Powder Funnel cut static and charge weight variation. The Coaxial Rest Fine Adjuster is for Forster co-ax press owners who want finer depth control.

Who makes BC Custom products?
BC Custom is manufactured and assembled in-house at Bullet Central in Fargo, North Dakota. Every product is designed, built, and tested by our team before it earns a spot in the catalog.
What's the difference between the tungsten hammer weights (223, 254, 409 gr)?
Heavier hammers deliver more energy to the valve, which raises velocity on heavy slugs. The 223 gr is a small step up from the stock FX hammer. The 254 gr and 409 gr are for shooters running heavier slugs in the .25, .30, or .35 caliber FX Impact M3, typically paired with a longer barrel (700 or 800 mm) and the Power Block or Hyperbloc100 upgrade. Pellet shooters at stock power don't usually benefit from the heaviest hammers.
Does the Carbon Fiber Shroud and Tensioner Kit fit any FX Impact?
Match the kit length to your barrel (500, 600, 700, or 800 mm) and verify caliber. The kit tensions the barrel and reduces harmonics, which shows up most at distance with heavy slugs. Installation instructions are on Tech Central.
Can I install the Short Throw Lever myself?
Yes. The full Short Throw Lever installation manual is on Tech Central. Most shooters install it in under 30 minutes with the included hardware.
