The Steel

Whether stainless steel or chrome moly, all our barrels adhere to the same high-quality standards, from initial steel mill quality to final inspection.
Single-Point Cut-Rifling
We employ the single-point cut-rifling process for all our barrels, despite it being the oldest and slowest method. This meticulous approach results in unparalleled accuracy, with each pass removing a mere .0001 inch, ensuring almost perfect concentricity and a uniform twist rate. Our commitment to excellence extends to post-rifling processes, including meticulous hand-lapping to achieve finishes under 16 micro-inch, significantly surpassing government standards.
