Description

Bix'n Andy Remington 700 Competition Trigger - No Safety

A single-stage ball trigger with a pull weight adjustable from 30 to 800 grams, about 1 oz to 1.75 lb. This is the benchrest trigger that set records and moved Bix'n Andy to the top of precision shooting. Drop-in fit for Remington 700 footprint actions, including Remington 700 clones.

What it is for

Built for benchrest, F-Class, and precision group shooting, where the lightest, cleanest, most consistent trigger break matters. Less force on the trigger means less disturbance to the rifle as the shot breaks, and that shows up on target. The patented ball design is what sets it apart: offset balls held by a retainer bar collapse almost instantly on release, so the trigger lets go with very low reset force and repeats to the gram.

Who it is for

Serious benchrest and F-Class competitors chasing the smallest groups.

Why Bix'n Andy

Bix'n Andy displaced the competition soon after its arrival, and records started falling. The reason is the patented ball mechanism. The Bix'n Andy balls collapse and reset with a fraction of conventional triggers. Less reset force means less disturbance to the firing pin at release, so the trigger breaks cleanly and repeats to the gram, consistent enough that shooters describe it as invisible. It also has built-in controlled follow-through instead of a dead stop, which keeps the shot tracking true while the bullet is still in the barrel.

Great trigger, excellent service. Bullet Central was more than willing to work with me as well.

Amazing! I replaced a Jewell, which was/is a very good trigger, but B&A is exponentially better. So far I have only dry fired it, but have no doubt it will be amazing!

This is a top of the line trigger. Yet, the simplicity is what stands out. It is capable of going down to 5 grams trigger pull, although I set mine around 15-18 grams break for bench rest shooting. Trigger is very well made and easy to clean. It is also very easy to install. Bullet Central has superior service if you ever run into trouble. I have 5 of these triggers on all my competition rifles. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for an exceptional trigger.

I have used a bunch of triggers, this one is by far the lightest I've used. Instalation was as expected. It is so light it won't register on my digital pull gauge. I have about 30 rounds and so far it's perfect.
