What it is for

A two-stage trigger takes up the first stage of weight and travel, settles against a wall, then breaks on a light final press. It lets you carry more total weight while still firing on a light, precise release. This is the same patented ball-sear mechanism that gives the Competition line its very low reset force and shot-to-shot consistency, in a layout built for shooters who prefer two stage triggers.

Why Bix'n Andy

Bix'n Andy displaced the competition soon after its arrival, and records started falling. The reason is the patented ball mechanism. The Bix'n Andy balls collapse and reset with a fraction of conventional triggers. Less reset force means less disturbance to the firing pin at release, so the trigger breaks cleanly and repeats to the gram, consistent enough that shooters describe it as invisible. It also has built-in controlled follow-through instead of a dead stop, which keeps the shot tracking true while the bullet is still in the barrel.
