1. Sponsor

Bullet Central, 1102 Page Dr S, Fargo, ND 58103 ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp., Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher). Because the prizes are airgun parts, accessories and an airgun, the giveaway is void in: New Jersey; Delaware; Illinois; Rhode Island; the District of Columbia; New York City (all five boroughs); and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The giveaway is also void in any other state, county or city where the receipt, possession or shipment of any prize is prohibited or restricted by law. If a selected winner cannot legally receive a prize, Sponsor will select an alternate winner. Employees of Sponsor and its brands, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible. Each winner must be able to legally own the prize where they live.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on November 4, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. CT and ends on November 26, 2026 at 11:59 a.m. CT. There are four entry periods:

• Week 1: ends November 9, 2026 at 11:59 a.m. CT
• Week 2: ends November 16, 2026 at 11:59 a.m. CT
• Week 3: ends November 23, 2026 at 11:59 a.m. CT
• Week 4 (Grand Prize only): the Week 4 giveaway post goes live November 23, 2026, and entries close Thursday, November 26, 2026 at 11:59 a.m. CT

4. How to Enter

Each week, including Week 4, Sponsor will publish one giveaway post on X from @BulletCentralUS. To enter:

• (a) Follow @BulletCentralUS on X;
• (b) Reply to that week's giveaway post with the make and model of your airgun, or the airgun you want; and
• (c) In the same reply, include the X handle of the person who told you about the giveaway (leave it blank if nobody did). Only one referrer counts per reply. If more than one handle is named, only the first handle counts.

Each valid entry earns 1 entry into that week's prize draw and 1 entry into the Grand Prize draw. Week 4 entries count toward the Grand Prize only. Entrants may enter again each week by replying to that week's giveaway post.

5. Bonus Entries (Optional)

Bonus entries are earned again every week you have a valid entry. Each week's bonus entries count toward that week's prize and the Grand Prize, so entering every week stacks them. If you don't enter in a given week, you get no entries or bonuses for that week.

Referral and repost bonuses only count for the giveaway post of the same week. Bonus form entries apply every week, as described below:

• +2 referral bonus: each time another entrant names your X handle as their referrer in their valid entry, you earn +2 entries, up to 5 referrals (+10) per week. A referral only counts if the referring friend's own entry that week is valid: they follow @BulletCentralUS, they are eligible, and their X account was created before November 4, 2026. The same friend may refer you again in a later week. Self-referrals and referrals from accounts you control do not count.
• +2 for reposting that week's giveaway post (one repost bonus per person per week).
• +1 for each of these Instagram accounts you follow: @bixnandyusa, @701_air, @bulletcentral, @micron_precision_bc, @thorroclean. Claimed through the bonus form (see below).
• +1 for subscribing to the Bullet Central email newsletter through the bonus form. Subscribing is free and no purchase is necessary.

Bonus form. To claim the newsletter and Instagram bonuses, submit the bonus entry form once with your email address, X handle and Instagram handle. One submission applies to every week of the giveaway. The newsletter bonus counts for each week you are still subscribed at that week's deadline, verified against the Mailchimp list export. Instagram follows are checked against each account's follower list at each week's deadline. Any handle that cannot be confirmed is checked manually, and false claims lose the bonus. The X handle on the form must match the X handle on your entry reply, or the form bonuses will not count. Do not put your Instagram handle in your X reply.

Only replies to that week's giveaway post count. Each person can leave one entry reply per post. If you reply more than once, only your first reply counts. Bonus entries count toward that week's prize and the Grand Prize. Follows and reposts are verified at the time of the draw; entrants who have unfollowed @BulletCentralUS or removed their repost by then lose those entries.

6. Limits and Disqualification

One X account per person. Anyone who uses more than one account, fake or bot accounts, or any automated method, or who tags their own accounts to get bonus entries, will be disqualified along with all entries linked to them. Sponsor may disqualify entries that are spam, offensive, or off-topic. Sponsor verifies all follows and bonus entries manually, and its decisions are final.

7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $3,300. The exact prize and its ARV will be announced in each week's giveaway post. Any options, such as caliber or length, are subject to availability and fitment. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Selection

Winners will be drawn by weighted random selection, where each valid entry (including bonus entries) counts as one chance, from all valid entries within 24 hours of each entry period's deadline. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn and announced on the afternoon of November 26, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. A person may win more than one weekly prize. Sponsor keeps a record of each draw.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on @BulletCentralUS and contacted by X direct message. A winner must reply within 72 hours, or Sponsor will select an alternate winner. Before receiving a prize, a winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. Any winner of a prize worth $600 or more must provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

10. Shipping

Prizes ship free to the winner's residential address within the eligible area. Sponsor will not ship any prize to an excluded state or city, or to any address where receiving or possessing the prize is prohibited or restricted. Shipping will comply with all federal, state, and local laws and carrier rules. If a prize cannot be shipped lawfully to the winner, Sponsor will select an alternate winner.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by entering, a winner agrees that Sponsor may use their X handle, name, and city/state in giveaway announcements without further compensation.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and release Sponsor, X Corp., and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability connected with the giveaway or the prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or unreadable entries, or changes to X's features. Sponsor may modify or cancel the giveaway if fraud or circumstances beyond its control affect its fairness or integrity.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used only to run the giveaway and will not be sold or shared for marketing by third parties.

Email addresses collected through the bonus form are added to the Bullet Central email newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time) and are handled under the Bullet Central Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.
