We collect your name, email, phone, addresses and order details when you shop, register, sign up for our newsletter, contact us or enter a giveaway (including your X and Instagram handles). Card payments are handled by BigCommerce and our payment processors; we don't store full card numbers. Our servers may also record your IP address.

To process orders, personalize your experience, improve our site and customer service, send emails you request, and run giveaways.

How do we protect your information?

We use a variety of security measures to keep your personal information safe when you enter, submit or access it.

What is your data retention policy?

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, and we make a good faith effort to keep server logs with IP addresses no more than 180 days.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies help us remember your cart and preferences and understand site traffic. We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Klaviyo, and load Facebook's social plugin. You can manage cookies in our cookie banner or your browser.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except trusted partners who help us run our business (such as BigCommerce, payment processors, shipping carriers and Mailchimp for email) and agree to keep it confidential, or when the law requires it.

Emails and giveaways

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Giveaway entries are public posts on X. For winners we collect a name and shipping address, plus an IRS Form W-9 for prizes worth $600 or more.

Our site may link to third party products or services. They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or activities.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, including under California and other state privacy laws.

Our store is directed to adults 18 and older. Do not use this site if you are under 18.
