I ordered two Dewy cleaning rods and when they arrived one of the storage tubes was missing the end cap and had been taped up.The brass cleaning jag and adapter was missing also.When I emailed them they told me to pay for shipping and return to decide if they were going to cover it under warranty instead of sending me the missing pieces that cost at most 5-6 dollars .First and last time ever doing business with this bunch of clowns.
